1. Assorted Packs – Colours and Prints
Products sold as assorted packs contain a selection of colours and prints based on stock availability. The exact combination of colours, prints, patterns, and overall appearance may vary from the images displayed on the website. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and do not guarantee an identical set of designs in every pack. Such variations are an inherent feature of assorted packs and, by themselves, do not constitute grounds for a return, exchange, or refund.
2. Personal Preferences and Comparisons with Other Brands
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be approved solely on the basis of personal expectations, subjective preferences regarding fit, comfort, appearance, or perceived quality, or comparisons with products from other brands or local markets. Customers are advised to review the product description, features, specifications, and size chart carefully before placing an order.
This clause does not exclude the assessment of genuine manufacturing defects, incorrect items supplied, or material discrepancies between the product received and its advertised description, which will be reviewed in accordance with applicable policies.
